We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for larger orders
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Our return policy is designed to be simple and athlete-friendly.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used baseball batting gloves
  • Worn baseball cleats
  • Field hockey eyewear with removed protective films
  • Personalized/customized equipment

2. Receive Authorization

Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Inspection & Processing

Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange is processed.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
    • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size exchanges on baseball gloves or field hockey equipment:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Specify the replacement item needed in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your baseball bat, field hockey stick, or other equipment arrives damaged:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label
