Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used baseball batting gloves
- Worn baseball cleats
- Field hockey eyewear with removed protective films
- Personalized/customized equipment

Receive Authorization
Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days along with return instructions.

Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange is processed.
Refund Information
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges on baseball gloves or field hockey equipment:
- Follow the standard return process
- In your return request, specify the replacement item needed
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your baseball bat, field hockey stick, or other equipment arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label
