Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used baseball batting gloves
  • Worn baseball cleats
  • Field hockey eyewear with removed protective films
  • Personalized/customized equipment

Easy Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request

  2. Receive Authorization

    Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days along with return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return

    Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection & Processing

    Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange is processed.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size exchanges on baseball gloves or field hockey equipment:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. In your return request, specify the replacement item needed
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your baseball bat, field hockey stick, or other equipment arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label
